Tuttle Piece *late comer* Ryan Kedrowski-Souba
Finally getting around to putting my Tuttle images up on here. If I was to start this over, I would have lost the skate entirely... (like I did in the upper image). I was pleased with it other than that. My favorite part is the light blue wash on the wall behind the plastic. I also kind of dig the small flap of latex taped to the wall outside the plastic.
I was trying to play up the vulnerability angle a bit by separating the two pieces of latex and leaving one under the plastic while the sadder piece is exiled from the rest of the form. The wash created a nice raining effect which made the plastic function more or less like a makeshift shelter.
